Sarah Taylor is a comic artist, writer, and high school teacher based in North Carolina.  

 

She has been a teacher since 2015, earning a BA in English from Meredith College.  She earned her Visual Arts License in 2025. In her time as a teacher, she has taught various levels of English, Creative Writing, and Visual Arts classes. In 2022, she took on the role of English Department Chair. She was named Teacher of the Year at her school for the 2022-2023 school year.  

 

Outside of teaching, Sarah began to grow in her artistic skills through her love of comics and animation.  She is completing her BFA in Sequential Art at Savannah College of Art and Design, and she will graduate in May 2026.

She loves drawing comics, usually focused on superhero, fantasy, and sci-fi genres. She intends to tell stories that reflect the shared humanity that exists in the world.

When she isn't drawing or teaching, she spends her time reading comics and books.  She also enjoys cooking and spending time with her friends and family.
